Learning Laravel Isn’t That Easy(but I enjoy it!)

This past two weeks, I’ve been learning Laravel framework(the reason I’m having a hard time finishing editing the video tutorials for my post about How to Move a Website(WordPress) to a New VPS Hosting).

Laravel logoBack to the topic! Laravel for me is really a great PHP framework that makes building web application really simple and fast(thanks to Taylor Otwell – Creator of Laravel). Well, it’s just what I thought it would be. I’m not an expert yet in Laravel, but I’m sure to have learned quite a few about how it works and how to build a website out from this framework through some Laravel fundamental tutorials by Laracasts.

But I’m yet so far from my IDEA and GOAL of building a web application that will help both Outsourcers and Freelancers or Virtual Assistant ease their lives. I will talk more about this in my future blog post.

Yes! The reason, I have this eagerness and passion for finishing the learning curve I’ve stepped on to with Laravel is because I believe this framework can help me get into my GOAL. The other thing is, I want to teach myself with this framework with everything I needed to learn to accomplish a lot of things(e.g. Creating different platform like social media, eCommerce, etc!).

As a virtual assistant, I knew a lot of things and work on different areas about technical stuff, but it’s just so happened that I felt like I don’t have expertise on one thing(not totally though). You know the feeling of being a Jack of ALL Trade(expert of nothing)?. But sure do, I knew a lot about WordPress, Infusionsoft, HTML, CSS, PHP and other online software and tools and I believe that’s what I call(all in one) my expertise(restoring soul).

Anyhow, I’d like to continue my journey whatever happens. It might take me a couple of months before I can build even just part of the app so just wait for it!

So that’s it for now! Just letting myself get reminded and committed what journey I just took and the steps I should be taking until I accomplish it.

Have a great and wonderful day!
